Support tab
The Support tab contains information about the Technical Support service and who you should contact if you encounter a problem in the program operation or in a situation that you can not solve without assistance. It also contains information about the program, the license key and the operating system installed on your computer. All this information is located in the right section of this tab.
The left part of the tab includes the following links:
Send question to technical support - create a message with a question to the Kaspersky Labs technical support service. After you click this link, a mail message will be automatically created to be sent to the Technical Support e-mail address. You will then have to describe the problem in detail and send the message.Send file for analysis - select a file that you suspect to be infected and send this file to Kaspersky Labs for analysis.
Each file that you send for analysis must comply with certain requirements. If the file does not comply with these requirements, you will be offered to perform certain actions. If, after you have performed these actions, you feel that the file still has to be sent, you may repeat the attempt to send it to Kaspersky Labs.
If the selected file comply with the requirements, an e-mail message will be automatically created. The file will be compressed and attached to this message.

Help - open the program's general reference system on a section related to performing a particular task or to solving a specific problem.
Virus Encyclopedia - a link http://www.viruslist.com/ website containing detailed description of all currently known malware.
Kaspersky Labs Website - a link to the Kaspersky Labs' website.
